Dr. Aver strives to provide quality dental services to all her patients. In an effort to encourage good dental health for all, Dr. Aver instituted an “in-house” Dental Discount Program. This program gives uninsured patients an affordable option to preventative care and wellness with significant savings on all dental procedures. Dr. Aver’s Dental Discount Program is an individual program available for any member of your family.
Adult Annual Plan
- Four Bitewing Digital X-Rays (once per year)
- Simple Cleanings (2 per year)
- One Complementary Microscopic Bacterial Evaluation ($25.00 Value)
- Adult Exams (2 per year)
Includes: Craniosacral & TMD Evaluation - Nutritional Counseling
- 20% off all other dental procedures*
Program Cost: $199 Annually per enrollee
Without program the cost is more than $390
Child Annual Plan
- Two Bitewing Digital X-Ray (Once per year)
- Cleanings (2 per year)
- Microscopic Bacterial Evaluation (1 per year)

- Nutritional Counseling
- 20% off all other dental procedures*
Program Cost: $149 Annually per enrollee
Without program the cost is more than $250

- No calendar year provisions

Terms and Conditions of the Program:
- Fees are guaranteed for one year.
- Initial fee is nonrefundable.
- Payment is due at the time of service.
- Patient’s responsibility to make and keep their own appointments.
- $50.00 fee for broken appointments without 24 hour notice.
- Discount program is not transferable between patients.
